Easter & Christmas Intensive Schedules
Day one:
9.30-12.30 & 16.30-18.30 asana, thereafter

Timings are approximate depending on circumstances.
The intensive ends after morning asana on the last day.

Bookings for our annual Christmas Intensive in Nice will open on 15th September.
Bookings for our annual Easter Intensive in Nice will open on 1st December.
Bookings for our annual Summer retreat in Les Alpes de Haute Provence will open on 5th January.
N.B.: Places are limited. We strongly recommend booking early.
From the UK, to reserve a place on Nice intensives or the summer retreat, complete a booking form and send it by post with an approximate 50% sterling bank cheque deposit payable to J. WHITTAKER. FULL PAYMENT should be made in EUROS at the start of the workshop, at which point we will return/destroy the deposit cheque. Bankdrafts/transfers can also be arranged, with all bank fees to be paid by the participant. In the case of cancellations, unless by our default, there will be NO REFUNDS after 2 months before the start of our intensives or the summer retreat.
Important: please read the following
Those paying by bank transfer must add 16.50 euro to the cost of the intensive or retreat to cover the extra bank charges that we incur at our end. Students attending our Easter, Summer or Christmas Intensives, should be able to perform sirsasana, (either at the wall or in the space,) urdhva dhanurasana and sarvangasana and also be versant with their various props. Students are better learning these basics in regular classes and should not attend longer workshops as beginners for this purpose.
Because of possible strong headaches, those attending our summer retreats are strongly advised to stop drinking coffee a minimum of one week before the retreat begins. No coffee or tea (except for herbal tea) is served during our retreats.
